In March 2010 I was involved in a near fatal helicopter crash. After two months in the hospital, many hours of physical therapy, 25 surgeries, nerve, muscle and tissue damage and a traumatic brain injury I found myself alive but in crippling pain.. Today, I have found relief from my chronic pain through Dr. Balog at Cornell Surgery Center. For the first time in years I have hope again!
